Finish line: one page with 12 ready-to-use replies for the questions you answer every week, plus 3 replies for Google reviews. Save it where your staff can find it.

Work through the steps below. The copyable prompt for step 2 is in the "Prompts in this guide" section. Keep the allergen safety rule exactly as written: never promise a dish is safe or free of anything, and invite the guest to talk with your staff before ordering.

## List the questions

## Paste the prompt

## Fill the gaps

## Do the reviews

## Read it out loud once

## You need

- Your hours and basic policies
- A short list of the questions customers ask most
- An AI chat app

## Steps

1. **List the questions.** Spend ten minutes writing down what people ask by phone, text, DM and email. Hours, parking, reservations, large parties, gift cards, catering, kids menu, dietary questions.
2. **Paste the prompt.** Paste the reply kit prompt into your AI app, along with your list, your hours and your basic policies. The prompt keeps one safety rule: for any question about allergies or ingredients, it never promises a dish is safe or free of anything, and instead invites the guest to talk with your staff before ordering.
3. **Fill the gaps.** Replace every [ASK OWNER] with the real answer.
4. **Do the reviews.** Ask for 3 reply templates: one for a great review, one for a mixed review, one for an unhappy guest. Keep them short, thank people by name, and offer a way to talk offline.
5. **Read it out loud once.** If a line does not sound like you, change it.

### Prompt: Restaurant reply kit

```
I run [type of restaurant] in [town]. Below are the questions customers ask us most, plus our hours and policies. Write a short, warm reply for each one, in a friendly local voice, 2 to 3 sentences each. Use only the facts I gave you. If you need a fact I did not give you, write [ASK OWNER] instead of guessing. For any question about allergies or ingredients, never promise a dish is safe or free of anything. Instead, invite the guest to talk with our staff before ordering.
